We were a family with six members visited this place. We contacted Mr Dhilip, who extended good support right from beginning. Offered a good discount too despite a busy season during X-Mas and New Year celebrations. The manager is helpful, staffs are nice. Shekhar is very helpful and mixing.Ready to attend all your issues. We took a Cottage Bungalow which had 2 bed rooms, 1 living room. One Bed room was big in size which could take 2 King size beds comfortably. For us it was perfect. Rooms were clean. Bathrooms were averagely maintained with basics only. Water geezers are provided. Little old fashioned rooms, but that's the vintage, they want to carry, I believe. Other rooms, I visited are also spacious. All the rooms are named not with Numbers but with British Names, justifies the name of the resort. Food prepared here is good, spicy and timely. You need to tell your food preference, the chef will adjust accordingly. which I found very comfortable. Price is little high, I think that is to compensate the altitude you are staying at. The outer view is very good and well maintained. Breakfast was also good.

Just Noting more peace of mind. Kids, couples and parents can enjoy this place. Friendly staff, and ok food. Problem up here is water heater Will be recommending my Frnds and family to visit this place

It’s located on a hill top with a fantastic view of the ooty city.. lovely ambience.. very friendly staffs.. food was fantastic.. stayed there for 3 days and was fantastic.. would definitely suggest this place for people who like a quiet place to relax.. away from city pollution and horn sounds..

Lovely view from the resort. Food was super. The building is old but well maintained. There is no restaurant, but room service is given when ordered. Breakfast is served in the garden, which is worth enjoying.Would definitely recommend the hotel to my friends and family members.

Last week, we had been to OOTY and stayed at British Cliff Club Resort. We had booked Cottage room to accommodate 6 people. Although the rooms were quite spacious, it was not clean at all. Above that, TV not working, No towels for guests, Water Geyser not working in 1 room, No drinking water provision etc.. Overall it was very bad experience and management needs to look into this.
